I have tried phoning you for the last two weeks and can’t seem to get through on your landline number . Amy is struggling to get through the work so we would like to go back to the original two subjects that we chose and cancel the Biology as I don’t think we are going to get through all the work before the exams . On the 2nd of September 2010 we contacted Damelin College to enquire about distance study courses for matric. The lady we spoke to ( Ria Goetsch ) told us not to choose Damelin, but to rather study through Omega Institute. She then sent us all the documentation to fill in and fax back to her. The Banking Details were as follows: Omega ( FNB ) Acc nr 62193055574 Branch Code: 220 323 Reference nr: 289. We agreed on a deposit of R1500 – 00 ( wich we deposited on the 3rd of september 2010 ) and a monthly installment of R1000 – 00 a month. The total amount was given to us as R7700 – 00. We were told we would recieve half of the books within the first week ( I chose six subjects ). After we waited for more than a month and endless phone calls where we got a different excuse every time, we recieved two of the books. We were promised to recieve the rest after our second installment. We are about to make the third payement and still we haven’t recieved anything!!!!!!! We have tried contacting her endless times on the number she gave us, but she simply does not answer!!!!!! If this is the degree of service that your company offers, I have no interest in doing bussiness with you whatsoever!!!! Please contact me with your postal details, so I can return the two books that I recieved and so that you can refund us our money. My contact number is 013 235 4016.
