SERVICES AND OUR WORK PATTERN
• Understanding Client’s Business needs.
• Obtain client consensus on scope responsibilities, compensation package and profile of the candidate.
• Shortlist most suitable candidate required for job profile.
• Evaluate the candidate by conducting preliminary interview
• Facilitate short listed candidate’s interview with client.
• Obtain specific feedback from clients and communicate feedbacks to candidates.
• Negotiate pay package and other benefits.
• Background screening.
• Ensure smooth transition of candidates.
METHODOLOGY
There are two major functions through which we do the recruitment
Headhunting :
- The best professional people from a specific industry may not respond to an advertisement. One needs to identify these people & motivate them to switch over to new job. We do this activity till the person is in safe folds of your company.
Data Bank:
- With the successful experience of 15 years of headhunting, we have a strong database of a large amount of candidates of technical and non-technical across various levels. The system is fully computerized to give short listed list of candidates as per the customer’s requirement. Then our professional panel of recruiters study the customer’s requirement in detail and shortlist the candidates.
