Kingsley’s Restaurant

Granita Signature Restaurant

Granita concentrates on fresh organic produce provided by local farmers and producers and moves away from genetically modified foods. Dishes are innovative and interesting combinations are married to deliver an exquisite dining experience. Granita is ideal for private functions, smaller and more intimate gatherings with a separate section which can be closed off in the wine cellar for private privacy functions of up to 12 people.

“41” Library bar extends the beverage offering with an extensive liquor menu ranging from a Classic Mojito to a Tanqueray Gin Gibson, as well as a range of speciality coffees, teas and a selection of the finest cigars.  Complementing the relaxed atmosphere and ambience is an exquisite collection of contemporary South African art.
